Remember that you must put in 8 hours total at the Craft Show to be in good standing in the chapter. There will be sign up sheets to explain what duties are expected for each day. Student duties include assisting with the set-up and tear-down of booths, concession stand, accommodating vendors, trash pick-up, etc. You will have the opportunity to put in hours a week before the craft show handing out fliers and on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

For those interested in participating in the HOUSTON LIVESTOCK SHOW & RODEO TOUR GUIDE each year, you must attend a minimum of 3 out of 4 monthly FFA Meetings prior to the TBA Tour Guide date in March (1 excused absence is acceptable if approved by Ag Teacher), work 8 hours at the Craft Show and we recommend you sell at least 5 fundraiser items (below). If you also raise an animal project, all CFISD Livestock Show payment requirements must also be completed before the Tour Guide date (record book, thank you cards, deliver pics and/or animal project meat).

For those interested in FFA LETTER JACKETS, you can earn 3 points for every 8 hours worked. The maximum points you can earn total is 9 points, which would be 24 hours total.
